When addressing the parcel, remember to send it to the appropriate department, ie in the address of the parcel, enter: NAOKO - Complaints, NAOKO - Returns. When sending a parcel, you should address it correctly (the address is different for the returns and complaints department).

We do not make exchanges according to the previous procedure. If you want to exchange the purchased product, please return according to the instructions below and place another order. You must pay for the new order. This procedure reduces the time to receive the product.

RETURNS

If you want to return:

1. Print the return form or fill out the online version.

2. Pack the parcel with the return form (if you chose the paper version).

If you choose the online version, attach a card to the return shipment with the number of the order being returned and the name and surname.

  • Returns of orders from the online store are not processed in stationary boutiques.
  • The customer sends the returned product back at his own expense, the time for the return is 14 days from the moment of receiving the package.
  • The goods being returned cannot have any signs of use and must have original tags attached.
  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return confirmation.
